COVID-19 Alert app is limited but still useful: Tam

Though the federal government's app for alerting people they've been near someone who later tested positive for COVID-19 works only on newer phones, Dr. Theresa Tam says that means that gadget-loving younger people in risky settings like bars are likely to be able to use it.
